Bhāvanās – Four Attitudes That Transform the Mind
April Schedule and Weekly Yoga Classes
I’ve really been enjoying teaching you the philosophy of yoga in ways that feel embodied and authentic and just wanted to say a big thank you to all the new faces and the people who have joined us in this community for weekly teachings! Last month we explored pancha klesha or the 5 kleshas (afflictions or causes of suffering). As much as I am a teacher and your guide, I have loved being a student and remaining curious on this path as I teach you too!
This month’s theme is the four Bhavanas or attitudes. These are laid out by Sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras (1:3) and are also known as the keys to mental peace.

I explain a bit more in this video…
This month’s schedule
I’ve also included past classes that you can incorporate into your routine that may be helpful for you to follow. You can find all the class here on the homepage or archive. I would love to hear your thoughts on these classes too, feel free to share with myself and others here too ☺️
Much love,
Nikita 💕
